Provider Membership
Membership as a Provider Member into the Smaller Reporting Company Alliance is by invitation only, and you must be sponsored by at least one existing Provider Member. There is a nominal annual fee for membership designed to help cover administrative costs, as well as an obligation to provide content to the Alliance on a regular basis.
If you or your firm would like to be considered, please place the following materials in a zip archive (up to 5Mb) and send them to our Administrator for consideration:
- Personal Resume
- Firm Resume
- Written Statement from Sponsoring Member
- List of Smaller Reporting Companies you are currently serving, with a name and telephone number where we can contact at least 3 for a reference
