About SRCA
The Smaller Reporting Company Alliance was founded by lawyers at The Lebrecht Group, APLC, to fill a void in the information available to smaller reporting companies. There is a plethora of websites dedicated to public companies, but most cater to large public companies. Although hundreds of companies fall within the classification of a Smaller Reporting Company as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and different rules apply to those companies, there are very few resources dedicated to these companies and their unique issues. The purpose of the SRCA is to provide these resources and information.
We have two different types of membership. Our Company Members are Smaller Reporting Companies, or companies that are primed to become Smaller Reporting Companies, that can take advantage of the resources provided on this website. Some of the resources are available to the general public, and others are available only to our Company Members after they login. Our Provider Members include lawyers and law firms, accountants and auditors, investor relations firms, broker-dealers and consultants who are selected because of their superior service to this specific niche of underserved companies and their commitment to providing resources to the Alliance.
Our goal is to help our Company Members. We do this by providing free resources and by connecting with the highest quality of service providers to represent and further the objectives of smaller reporting companies, including taking them public, getting them financed, keeping them current in their compliance obligations, and helping them communicate properly with their constituents.
If your company is or wants to become a publicly traded Smaller Reporting Company, and you would like to take further advantage of the resources available through the Smaller Reporting Company Alliance, please see our Company Members page.
